Our light duty buckles provide a simple, self-locking solution for parcels up to 180kg. For larger loads — all the way up to 1,000kg — we have a range of buckles and heavy-duty seals that are fast to apply and corrosion resistant.

We started out producing the original caristrap buckle and seal under license and quickly became the market’s preferred supplier. Today, we’re a third-generation family business built on a reputation of combining decades of knowledge with modern manufacturing processes and a commitment to creating superior packaging products.

Seals
Made from 0.80mm electro-galvanised steel, our 19mm Heavy Duty Seal is a fast, reliable way to secure and stabilise loads during transportation and storage. Seals clip onto poly strapping — removing the need to pre-thread. Tightening — via a tensioning tool and crimping — is easy and there is less chance of slipping compared to using buckles. Safer than steel strapping, poly strapping is lightweight, cost-effective and easier to handle. The 19mm seal is corrosion resistant and recommended for loads up to 270kg.
Best for: Palletised loads and shipments requiring tamper resistance.
13mm Light Duty Buckle
Compact and efficient, the 13mm Light Duty Buckle is designed for strapping small parcels and bundles. Manufactured from 2.50mm medium tensile galvanised wire, it delivers strength, corrosion resistance and a self-locking design for slip resistance. Best used with 13mm blue poly strapping, this buckle is tested to safely secure loads up to 110kg. Supplied in boxes of 2,000 units.
Best for: Bundle strapping and light loads.
19mm Light Duty Buckle BU19LB
Slightly larger than the 13mm version, the 19mm Light Duty Buckle is ideal for securing boxes or small pallet loads. Made from 2.50mm medium tensile galvanised wire, it combines strength and corrosion resistance with a self-locking design for a reliable hold. Recommended for use with 19mm blue poly strapping, this buckle is tested to secure loads up to 180kg. Supplied in boxes of 1,000 units.
Best for: Bundle strapping and securing cartons on pallets.
19mm KP Medium Duty Buckle
The 19mm KP buckle is a medium duty buckle that is recommended for strapping and securing loads on to a pallet. The main benefit over the heavy duty buckles is the KP buckle is only single tied. This makes the KP buckle quicker to attach when securing a load compared to a heavy duty buckle. The KP buckle has a different shape to the 19mm heavy duty CB buckle. The KP buckle is physically smaller in size and the different shape means it can only be single tied. We recommend hand tightening poly strapping when using the 19mm KP buckles.
The stacked design of the KP buckle means the legs are positioned at both the top and the bottom of the buckle. This design is different from our other buckles, so the fastening application to secure the buckle involves a slightly different process. The correct procedure is to single tie the leg on the bottom of the buckle first so it is located against the item you are securing. This allows the user to attach the strapping through the top leg of the buckle to tension and secure the load tightly.
The 19mm KP buckle is manufactured from 3.15mm medium tensile galvanised wire. The heavier gauge wire is stronger, allowing the KP buckle to secure loads up to 270kg’s. We recommend using the blue 19mm poly strapping for the KP buckles.
The 19mm KP buckle is sold in minimum quantities of 1,000 items per box.
19mm CB Heavy Duty Buckle
Suitable for larger loads, the 19mm CB Buckle has a bigger frame and double-tie design for maximum slip resistance. Made from 3.15mm medium tensile galvanised wire, it is corrosion resistant and tested to secure loads up to 390kg when used with 19mm blue poly strapping. A general-purpose heavy-duty option for transport and storage, the CB Buckle is supplied in boxes of 1,000 units.
Best for: Heavy pallet loads.
19mm Round Galvanised Heavy-Duty Buckle
The strongest in our range, the 19mm Round Galvanised Buckle is manufactured from 4.00mm range one spring wire for maximum tensile strength. Designed for use with 19mm white poly woven strapping, it is double tied for security and tested to hold loads up to 1000kg. Ideal for timber, building frames and heavy equipment, this buckle provides reliable strength in demanding applications.
